Accelerated Executive program for those managers
who are ready to grow and develop their
competence in managing and leading. Key
contributors are just as important as management

Our
First Service: Organizational
Assessment
We
offer an Organizational Assessment session to
determine your direction, strategy, tactical plans,
concerns, issues, and current breakdowns.
There
is no charge for this session, which often
includes talking with key managers and
contributors. Our promise is that whether you
choose to work with us or not you will have found
value from the session and will have some action
you can take immediately.
During
the session, which can range from 2-3 hours, we
will accomplish the following:
1.
Determine whether the company has strategic
concerns or operational issues. If the strategic
issues are not of strong concern we will address
operational matters.
2.
Determine the company's concerns, issues and any
immediate breakdowns in the on-time delivery of
high quality products and services
Set
priorities for addressing each issue.
3.
Provide an overview of our proprietary
Operational Management System, developed in
both Fortune 500 and smaller corporations.
Knowledge of the Operational Management System
provides managers with a system for consistently
producing in the face of both internal and external
change.
When
managers and contributors have a system in place
for delivering exceptional service to their
internal clients. When there are the inevitable
breakdowns, managers either know what to do next or
whom to call for coaching. They succeed either way.
The
Operational Management System includes
checking employee understanding/alignment on
Strategic Intention, then assessing Architecture,
Culture and the competencies of Teams and
Individuals. Areas of waste or situations in which
people are not aligned with intended goals are
revealed and addressed with:
Individual managerial coaching, including on the
job assignments to deepen learning of the
operational management system
Small group coaching/training
Brief training using our Effective Manager
program
Formalized Individual and/or team assessments of
productivity and interaction competence and
intervention planning.
Continuous follow-up with consultants available
via telephone, fax and email.
4.
Discuss and develop a strategy for intervention and
implementation of a program to support people to
produce efficiently and effectively as individuals
and in teams. The Lauridsen Group works
collaboratively with its clients on a project basis
with clear deliverables. We guarantee customer
