This program is designed to help your company immediately address areas of concern. We help you pinpoint root causes, co-design an intervention, secure buy-in for change and implement to your satisfaction.

Often an Organizational or Departmental Assessment is our first step. This typically includes interviewing your key managers and contributors to accomplish the following:

Determine whether the company has strategic concerns and/or implementation issues.

Explore issues and any immediate breakdowns in the on-time delivery of high quality products and services with-in budget. Uncover what is working and what could be improved or changed.

Briefing

In a briefing with key managers our findings are shared in a collaborative fashion, promoting discussion and determination of diagnoses and possible solutions.

The consultants then prepare a prescription which is presented, then discussed and sometimes modified. The company has knowledge and experience as do our consultants, thus the interactive approach brings out the best thinking, leading to interventions that have buy-in and work.

We recognize the differences in companies therefore, despite the fact that we have proven systems and tools, the program is customized to fit the stage and style of the company

The System

An overview of our proprietary Performance Improvement system, developed in both Fortune 500 and smaller corporations is presented to key managers. Knowledge of the Performance Improvement system provides managers with a structure for consistently producing in the face of both internal and external change.

The Performance Improvement system includes checking employee understanding/alignment on organizational goals, assessing architecture, checking VP commitments, assessing key processes and assessing the competencies of teams and individuals.

Individuals always have areas of strong competency and areas that need to be developed. We offer the Accelerated Executive coaching program, as part of this program, for those managers who are ready to grow and develop their competence in managing and leading. Key contributors are just as important as management thus we address their issues also.
