How We Work

Consultants can give many answers when asked what they do. We answer the question this way: We work with our clients to find ways to improve their business. Sometimes they know where they’re headed and what is needed but need help with the implementation. Other times they have reached a state of confusion and request our assessment and input as to the nature of various problems and issues.

We enter "listening", to learn what is working and what could be improved or changed. Our findings are shared in a collaborative fashion, promoting discussion of possible diagnoses. A prescription is prepared and presented then openly discussed and sometimes modified. The company has knowledge and experience as do our consultants, thus the interactive approach brings out the best thinking, leading to interventions that have buy-in and work.

We honor the differences in companies therefore, despite the fact that we have proven systems and tools, we customize our approach to fit the stage and style of the company.

Description

Vision/Strategy

Vision and strategy are keys to any organization’s success. By involving your entire organization and co-creating vision and strategy, greater overall gains can be realized.

Implement Strategy

Implementing a new strategy requires the full support of your executive team. With your executive team, plan and address the nine variables that the CEO/executive team must manage in order to implement strategy and ensure success of the company.

Performance Improvement

Reaching within the organization’s inner-web to systematically focus on performance variables and their interdependence with the organization itself. Understanding where your organization is in its corporate life-cycle; addressing normal and abnormal problems accordingly.

Develop the Executive Team

The tremendous leverage a team approach offers can only be realized when the CEO and his/her team fully understand the roles, responsibilities and elusive dynamic of executive teams.

Acquisitions /Mergers / Cultures

Acquiring another company is a process, not an event. Realizing the complicated dynamics of an acquisition/merger and committing time, resources and money to achieve a positive, successful integration.

Develop Management Competence/ Coach Executives

Developing excellent managers at all levels to deliver your products and services and to support the company’s inevitable expansion is key to your future success. All executives, from the CEO on down have strengths and "areas for learning". Additionally, in this high pressure, complex era leaders need someone they fully trust to support them with their work.

Develop High Functioning Teams

Team leadership styles and models need to change as the company develops in order to meet new and changing demands.

Cross-Functional Teams

As companies grow they become more complex, requiring "seamless" interactions between functional groups.

Virtual Teams

Developing highly effective teams who are separated across time, space and cultures and linked solely through technology.
